FREELAN\u00adCING<\/h4>\n

After holding various positions at large compa\u00adnies in Germany and abroad, our future founder Michael Mederer decided to design mathe\u00adma\u00adtical algorithms on a freelance basis for various clients. In addition to our research project, we can quickly convince new custo\u00admers of our capabi\u00adli\u00adties. The number of employees is also growing and, due to the excel\u00adlent prospects, we are tackling the trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion into a limited company.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Opening of the office in Hamburg<\/h4>\n

The office room that was initi\u00adally rented as a sublet quickly becomes too small. The path leads us via co-working spaces to our current office in Deich\u00adstra\u00dfe in Hamburg. Lovingly furnished and even with a view of the Elbphil\u00adhar\u00admonie, the office still delights us today.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

We realize relatively quickly that our custo\u00admers have a great need for data enginee\u00adring exper\u00adtise and expand our range of services accor\u00addingly. A win-win situa\u00adtion: our custo\u00admers receive all services from a single source and our data scien\u00adtists can concen\u00adtrate on their core compe\u00adtence, the develo\u00adp\u00adment of algorithms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

In this day and age, it is important and neces\u00adsary that we look at our footprint in the world. At m2hycon, we focus on sustaina\u00adbi\u00adlity in many respects. On the one hand, this refers to our ecolo\u00adgical footprint, which we are constantly trying to reduce, be it through home office offers, the use of sustainable products or the avoid\u00adance of unneces\u00adsary compu\u00adting power. On the other hand, we also focus on sustaina\u00adbi\u00adlity in our colla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adtion with our custo\u00admers. We usually support our clients over several years in order to bring about lasting change.
